Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients together, then slowly add to others.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0 (check after 1 hour).
    Remove from pans immediately.
    Makes 2 loaves.
