Spanish Style Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. squash
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. tomatoes
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Fry onion and squash cubes until light brown.
    Add flour; stir until brown.
    Add tomatoes and stir.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer.
    Do not overcook.
    Serves 4 to 6.
