Cracklin' Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cracklings
Preparation
    Sift first 4 ingredients together into bowl.
    Stir in mixture of egg and milk.
    Add cracklings; mix well.
    Pour into greased 8-inch baking pan or 10-inch iron skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
