Squaw Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    6 green onions
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn with liquid
    6 eggs, unbeaten
    2 Tbsp. minced pimiento (optional)
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove bacon from pan.
    Add onions, chopped, and cook 3 minutes.
    Add corn with liquid and heat through.
    Add eggs, unbeaten, one at a time and stir gently over moderate heat.
    Add bacon, crumbled.
    Continue cooking until eggs are set.
    Remove from heat and serve hot.
