Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 pkg. chips
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. rum extract
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. icing sugar
2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Mix together the flour, chopped pecans and chips; set aside. Cream the butter; add the salt and icing sugar.
Cream.
Add rum extract and cold water.
Gradually add flour mixture and blend. Mold dough into balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
While warm, roll in icing sugar.
When cool, sprinkle with additional icing sugar.
