Cranberry Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat cereal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Combine cranberries and sugar; set aside.
    Stir together flour, cereal, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and cloves.
    Combine eggs, milk and oil.
    Pour over dry ingredients.
    Add cranberries and nuts.
    Stir only until thoroughly moistened.
    Pour into pan(s).
    Bake 65 to 70 minutes (big pans) or until tester comes out clean.
    Cool before removing from pan.
