Don'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. milk (room temperature)
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in warm water until dissolved.
    Add remaining sugar, salt, milk, butter and 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat on medium speed with mixer for 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough flour to make a workable dough, using all flour.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Put in a greased bowl; cover and let rise 1 hour or double in size.
    Push down.
    Divide in half.
    Let set 2 minutes.
    Shape into loaves.
    Put in pan.
    Let rise 45 minutes.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
