Cinnamon Flop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 c. margarine
plenty of ground cinnamon
Preparation

Mix melted margarine with sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Sift flour with baking powder; add alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Spread mixture in well buttered 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle top with brown sugar; dot with butter.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
