Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk (or add 1 tsp. vinegar to 1/2 c. milk)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add one egg at a time, beating well after each.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and bananas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes.
