Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves (optional)
    3 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    nuts and/or raisins may be added
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and cream.
    Add rest of ingredients all at once and mix thoroughly.
    (Sometimes the pumpkin sticks to the beaters, scrape off and beat again.)
    Pour into 3 greased regular bread pans (will make 4 in smaller foil pans for gifts).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, test with toothpick.
