Sour Cream Coffee Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixed thoroughly. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in flour sifted with baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine 4 teaspoons sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Mix well. Spoon one-third of batter into greased bundt pan. Sprinkle with three-fourths of pecan mixture. Spoon in remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining pecan mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
