Ingredients

3 large egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
4 Tbsp. semisweet chocolate mini-chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt at high speed of mixer until soft peaks form. Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form. Sift cocoa over egg white mixture; fold in. Fold in mini-chips. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop batter by level tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
