Banana Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Crisco
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar together.
    Beat Crisco until creamy, then add sugar gradually.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with crushed bananas.
    When well blended, pour batter into greased loaf pan, 8 x 4 x 3-inch. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
