Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can stewed tomatoes (Italian)
    1 tsp. salt
    Tabasco
Preparation
    Put flour on vegetables.
    Saute vegetables in butter and cook until tender.
    Add shrimp; cook until done.
    Add stewed tomatoes and season to taste.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve on rice.
