Zucchini Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, sliced
    3 tomatoes, peeled and quartered or 1 medium can stewed tomatoes
    3 or 4 zucchini, wash and sliced (do not peel)
    salt and pepper to taste
    oregano to taste
Preparation
    Simmer onion in butter in skillet.
    Add tomatoes and squash. Cover.
    Cook until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Season and serve.
