Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 well mashed ripe bananas
2 eggs, beaten until light
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 to 3/4 c. walnuts or hazelnuts
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix the eggs and bananas in a bowl.
Sift the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in separate bowl.
Add to first mixture. Stir to mix and blend well, but do not overbeat.
Add the nuts. Stir well.
Pour into a buttered loaf pan (9 x 5-inch).
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tests done with toothpick.
