Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Sift the dry ingredients together, except the sugar.
    Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add the flour mixture alternately with bananas.
    Turn into well-greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
