Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef
    6 stalks celery
    3 onions
    1 green pepper
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 bottle catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown 2 pounds ground beef in pan.
    Cut celery, onions and green pepper into small pieces and saute in pan until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly for several hours (covered).
