Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Place cake mix and pudding in a large bowl.
Add eggs, oil, boiling water and poppy seed.
Place in 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
This bread freezes well.
