Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. fresh baked sweet potatoes
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 small eggs (4 large)
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Oil potatoes lightly and bake at 350\u00b0 until soft.
Peel. Cream potatoes; remove strings (fibers).
Add other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Pour in greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Best if topped before baking.
