Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. pure vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. chopped zucchini, peeled if waxed or unpeeled if unwaxed
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, vegetable oil and sugar.
    Add zucchini. Mix well in large bowl with electric mixer.
    Add flour, baking soda, vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) greased loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool completely.
