Roadside Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. raw ground potatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 small onions, chopped
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. heated milk
Preparation

Put potatoes through medium food grinder or food processor; don't overprocess.
Mix together the potatoes, green peppers, onion, cheese and flour.
Add melted butter, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole.
Pour warm milk over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 8 to 10.
