Cranberry Nut Bread(Fall Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. butter, chilled
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. cranberries, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter.
    Combine orange peel, orange juice and eggs.
    Add to dry ingredients, mixing just to moisten. Fold in berries and nuts.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake 1 hour.
