Mock Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. haddock
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    28 to 30 Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Place fish in a well buttered baking dish.
    Coat with the soup (do not dilute soup).
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Take crackers and crush in plastic bag.
    Melt margarine.
    Add to crackers, garlic powder and put over fish.
    Bake for another 10 minutes.
    Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
    Preparation time:
    10 minutes.
    Total cooking time:
    30 to 35 minutes.
