Las Vegas Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini
    2 onions
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 small container sour cream
    1 can cream of celery
    3 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz
    butter
    herbed croutons
Preparation
    Slice zucchini, 1/2 inch thick.
    Slice onions.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    Put in a casserole along with the shredded carrot.
    Mix sour cream, soup and cheese.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Put pats of butter and croutons on top.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
