Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

In an oblong pan or sheet pan, spray Pam on bottom, then spread nuts on the bottom.
Put coconut on top of the nuts.
Mix cake mix as directed on the the box and pour over the coconut. Melt margarine and cream cheese together, add powdered sugar and pour this over the cake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This cake is \"ugly\" and looks different each time you make it, but it is absolutely delicious.
