Kulatch' Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. shortening (1 stick)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. loose yeast or 1 cake yeast
1 egg and 2 egg yolks, beaten
6 c. flour
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Beat egg and egg yolks, adding to cooled milk mixture.
Add flour, water and sugar.
Knead.
Raise 2 hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in bread pan.
