Fruit Cake(Makes 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups sugar
    14 eggs
    8 c. Swans Down Flour
    1 lb. butter
    2 cans crushed pineapple
    2 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. white pineapple, candied
    1/2 lb. green pineapple, candied
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
    1 box white raisins
    2 boxes chopped dates
    1 pkg. apricots, chopped
    1 small pkg. figs
    all the pecans you want, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
    Grease and flour 3 tube pans.
    Fill pans approximately 2/3 full.
    Bake all 3 at once for 2 hours in 250\u00b0 oven.
    Allow to cool.
    Remove from pans and cook the other 2.
    Leave batter for last 2 cakes in a bowl on the cabinet until 1st cakes are finished.
