Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. persimmon pulp
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs, pulp and liquid. Mix other ingredients. Add nuts and raisins. Beat well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
