Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. honey or sucanat
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. clarified butter, melted
2 c. buttermilk or 4 Tbsp. vinegar + milk to make 2 c.
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. oat bran
1/2 c. rice bran or apple fiber
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk, mixed with 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. minced jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
3 egg whites
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with Pam or Baker's Joy.
