Ingredients

1 stick oleo
3/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped dates
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan. Mix sugar, eggs, salt and dates in with butter. Cook until thick and mash the dates while cooking (about 10 to 15 minutes). Remove from heat. Add pecans and vanilla. Add Rice Krispies. Mix well. Spoon out and roll into a ball about an inch in diameter. Roll in coconut.
