Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sweet milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

To boiling water, add salt; slowly add corn meal, stirring constantly.
Add milk, eggs, butter and baking powder.
Bake in a buttered baking pan about 10 minutes in a hot oven.
Serve hot.
