Bridget'S Aztec Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    3/4 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. half and half
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (4 oz.) green diced chilies
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Spread all of Jack and 1/2 of Cheddar cheese on bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle green chilies over cheese.
    In a bowl, beat eggs, half and half, salt and pepper together.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes uncovered or until eggs set.
    Let stand before serving.
