Rice Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk (use cream of chicken soup can)
    3 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Cook onions and celery in oleo until tender.
    Add broccoli, soup and milk.
    Heat.
    Add cheese, rice, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until it thickens.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
