Spicy Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. raw zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix together in order listed.
    Oil and flour 2 loaf pans. Split between the two pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
