Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. shredded zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. coarse chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix shortening and sugar together, then add eggs.
In separate bowl, blend 3 cups shredded zucchini, vanilla and ground cloves together, then add to shortening mixture.
Add water.
Mix dry ingredients, then add.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
