Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. carrots
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard, black pepper and Worcestershire
Preparation

In saucepan, add soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil, then cool. Pour over carrots and seasoning.
Chill about 2 hours before serving.
Taste will be better after 1st day.
