Crece-Fried Bread Dough (Italian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    4 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water (not hot).
    In a large bowl, put the flour and add salt, sugar and oil.
    Pour yeast mixture over flour; knead until smooth in texture. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours or until double in size.
