Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel or more
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Stir in walnuts and orange peel.
    Mix in separate bowl, egg, orange juice and oil.
    Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until tested done (toothpick inserted comes out clean).
    Remove from pan; cool on rack.
    Wrap tightly and store overnight before serving.
