Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups grated zucchini
    1 cup crushed pineapple
    2 cups sugar
    3 large or 4 small eggs
    3 1/2 cups flour
    1 cup oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup nuts
    1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and pineapple; mix lightly, but well. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until blended. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into greased bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
