Mexican Tamales - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans tamales or enchiladas
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 can chili (without beans)
1 c. cut black olives
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bag Doritos
Preparation

In serving dish (9 x 13-inch), place tamales (with wax paper wrappers removed), kidney beans, chili and black olives.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
During the last 15 minutes, put Doritos, slightly crushed, and Cheddar cheese on top of casserole.
