Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. good hamburger
1 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild)
3 eggs, beaten
6 slices bread, broken into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. milk
2 c. ketchup
Preparation

Mix hamburger and sausage together.
Mix this mixture with the bread crumbs.
Mix eggs, milk, half of the ketchup, pepper, salt, celery seed, garlic salt, bell pepper and onion all together.
Mix the 2 mixtures together.
Add the milk to the meat mixture; mix well.
Cook for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
