Blue Ribbon Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour bottoms of 2 (8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch) pans.
    In a large bowl, blend all ingredients (except nuts) until moistened.
    Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
    Stir in nuts, then pour into pans.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until you can pull a toothpick clean out of the center.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
