Savory Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a mixing bowl; cut in shortening and cream cheese thoroughly with a pastry blender.
    Sprinkle with water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing with a fork until flour is moistened.
