Hobo Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    In the evening, soak raisins in boiling water with baking soda; cover.
    In the morning, add brown sugar, white sugar, oil and salt.
    Add flour.
    Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans. Fill cans, dividing batter equally.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool a few minutes before removing from cans, then cool on wire rack.
    Enjoy right away or wrap and freeze.
