Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. pecans (optional)
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
4 eggs
Preparation

In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda, spice, salt and baking powder.
In second bowl, mix remaining ingredients well.
Add both together until moistened.
Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans to cooling racks.
