Virginia Spoon Bread(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole milk
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, separated
    2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Scald milk in saucepan (do not boil); remove from heat.
    Add cornmeal, whisking constantly until lump free, add butter; cool.
    When sufficiently cool, add egg yolks.
