Mom'S Best Krumkaker - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs (extra large)
    1 large c. sugar
    1 1/2 cubes butter
    1 large c. flour
    1 tsp. cardamom or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar until thick.
    Melt butter.
    Cool.
    Add slowly to egg and sugar mix, then add flour and cardamom.
    Bake in krumkake iron on top of stove.
    Remove with knife and roll in a cone shape on wooden cone.
    Store in airtight box.
    This makes about 60.
