Bread(Original From Alberta B. Seitz) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    plain flour to make a stiff dough
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    In large bowl, put sugar, salt and shortening; add hot water.
    When dissolved, add milk, then yeast mixture.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    On floured board, roll dough into a large rectangle; fold into thirds, roll again; repeat 4 or 5 times.
    Place in greased pan and let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
