Cauliflower Supreme(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cauliflower
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    2 Tbsp. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Break off flowerets of cauliflower. Slice lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Simmer cauliflower in boiling water in covered pan for 5 minutes or until tender.
    Remove from heat; drain.
    Fold in grapes and almonds. Return to burner until heated through.
